STRATA CONSTRUCTION CONSULTING & OVERSIGHT SERVICES
We will provide strata corporations and with the same level of construction management experience as large developers and general contractors in town. The building will benefit from major cost savings identified during preconstruction and reducing potential risks and schedule impacts for the residence.

We provide ongoing oversight services and manage the overall planning, coordination and control of your project from inception to completion. Our project managers regularly attend the site and manage all the meetings to ensure the owner’s vision is implemented in every step of the process.
PRE-CONSTRUCTION
Preconstruction is where the majority of cost saving take place. We get involve during the early stages of design phase to assess how decision will impact the project scope, budget and schedule. We do this through value engineering reviews and constructability analysis that help us identify clear scopes for each contract with reduced risk of costly change orders due to design changes.
STRATA CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
We act as owner’s representative on behalf of strata corporations on construction/special projects. We assure the project is on schedule, on budget and in compliance with specifications and BC Building Code.
